Don't Do It!
Avoid It!
We highly suggest that you do not travel to (or at least within) Boston via this method... Parking will cost you a fortune and it'll likely ruin your Boston experience. If you still think we're wrong, we suggest you either stay at the Best Western (read about it on the lodging page), or pay $7/day at either the Alewife or Riverside T stops and trek into town.
By Train - Back Bay Station (BBY)
North East - Including Jersey, New York and D.C.
Yes, I Said Train
One of the main train stations in Boston is a 12 minute walk to the Hilton (a really cheap taxi ride would take about 2 minutes)... Due to the convenience of the train station, we thought it would be the best idea for people traveling within the North East.
For those in Jersey, Amtrack runs trains from Trenton and Newark... taking between 5-6 hours each way. Book early and it should be less than $60 for each leg of the trip. If you think about tolls, gas, parking cost, and traffic, this could actually save a lot of money and headaches. Also, it avoids the hassle of driving for 5-6 hours.
New York City is also an option by train, 4-5 hours by slow train, or express in about 3-4 (though express will cost you!). This option is a little cheaper than from Jersey, but I'm sure parking would negate the difference.
Rail is not a bad option for those traveling from Washington D.C. either. While the slow train will take between 7-8 hours each way, when I checked it cost less than $70 each way... The express train will cost you double, but it will only save you at most 2 hours each way.
Just think, while on a train you could be relaxing all the way here, and won't have to worry about what to do with your car!

I Like Penguins
Boston is a business hub, making flights from other major airports pretty affordable. Taxi service from Logan is the best bet; however, you can also take a bus to the subway and switch lines to get to the Hilton. Shuttles reservations can also be set, Hilton's website suggests ultimateshuttle.com. I still think taxi is the best bet however.
Providence, Rhode Island and Manchester, New Hampshire are alternate airports, though it is unlikely you'll get cheaper rates to here, especially if you add the cost of a train to Boston.

Of course, a DeLorean would also work just fine.
