Mingle and Get Settled
Location: Hilton Back Bay - Diamond Lounge
Time: 5:00 PM
While the wedding party spends the day rehearsing for the big event, we are hoping those of you not in the wedding party would spend the day exploring and enjoying Boston! We've listed some of our favorite things to do on in the local section of the site. We've also reserved the Diamond Lounge at the Hilton starting at 5:00 PM for people to mingle.

Ceremony
Location: Hilton Back Bay - Belvidere Ballroom (2nd Floor)
Time: 4:15 PM
The ceremony will be held at the Hilton Back Bay in downtown Boston (read more about it in the lodging section). Woot Woot! <excitement>
Attire is semi-formal "spring" dress. (tuxedos and ball gowns are too much!)
Cocktail Hour
Location: Hilton Back Bay - Pre Assembly (2nd Floor)
Time: 5:30 PM
The cocktail hour will begin at 5:30 in the Pre-Assembly on the 2nd floor (just outside the Belvidere Ballroom). Please enjoy drinks and hors d'œuvres, and get to know each other.
Reception
Location: Hilton Back Bay - Belvidere Ballroom (2nd Floor)
Time: 6:30 PM
Like the ceremony, the reception is going to be held at the Hilton. We want our guests to experience Boston and we feel the Hilton is the perfect place for that... so, we'll be holding our reception here. At 6:30, guests will move to into the Belvidere Ballroom for the begining of the music, fun, and dinner. (Be ready to dance the night away!)

Buffet Breakfast
Location: Hilton Back Bay - Adams A & B (3rd Floor)
Time: 9:00 AM
The morning after the festivities, we'll be having a buffet breakfast to help recover from the epic reception we endured the night before.
